Fees Other Than Product Price
For domestic shipping within Japan, orders of 20,000 yen or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping.
For orders under 20,000 yen, a flat shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.
For international orders, a flat shipping fee of USD 20 will be applied.
Please note that additional costs such as customs duties and import taxes may be incurred depending on the destination country.

Product Delivery Time
Products will be shipped within 5 business days after the order is received (or after payment is confirmed for bank transfers). However, shipments may be delayed due to high order volume, stock availability, or other reasons.
If we are unable to fulfill your preferred delivery date, we will contact you by email or phone. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
Delivery is limited to within Japan.
*Delivery dates may be affected by natural disasters, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.
*Certain areas such as Okinawa and remote islands may not be eligible for date/time-specified delivery.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Returns
We generally do not accept returns for customer convenience.
Cases deemed as customer convenience include:
- Differences between product appearance on-screen and in person (color, texture, etc.) *Due to monitor variations, slight color differences may occur.
Our Responsibility
If the item is defective, incorrect, damaged, or contaminated due to our error, we will cover all shipping and handling fees for returns or exchanges.
*Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days after the product arrives.
*Refunds require 1–2 weeks for processing after we confirm the returned item.
If a defect is found, we will either repair the item free of charge or replace it with a new or equivalent item depending on stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
Repair Policy
We inspect all items carefully, but if a defect is found, we will repair it at no cost.
For other repairs, fees may apply. Please feel free to consult us.
Return Period
• Please check the delivered products immediately upon arrival.
• Returns and exchanges must be requested by email within 7 days of delivery.
• Only unused items with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact are eligible.
Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted for the following:
- More than 8 days have passed since arrival
- Used items
- Items damaged or soiled by the customer
- Missing or damaged boxes, tags, or accessories
For exchanges, replacement shipping will begin once the returned item is received. If the desired item is out of stock, restocking may be required or the exchange may not be possible. We will contact you in such cases.
For refunds, a return handling fee of 1,080 yen and bank transfer fees will be deducted.
